All boilers should be serviced annually, this will help to ensure it’s running efficiently and safely for the year ahead and also validate any manufacturer’s warrantees you have on the appliance.
Not only does regular maintenance minimise the risk of breakdown and helps lengthen the lifespan of your boiler but it also ensures your boiler is combusting fuel safely and efficiently, reducing the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.
We offer a basic safety check service and a full strip down service (reccommended on boilers over 2 years old) these we carry out all year round on all boiler makes and models.
The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 outline your duties as a landlord to make sure all gas appliances, fittings, chimneys and flues are safe and working efficiently.
To ensure your tenants’ safety, all gas appliances and flues need to undergo an annual gas safety check. Our engineers are fully qulified and experianced to carry out these checks and issue the Landlord Gas Safety Record or Gas Safety certificate. It can also be referred to as a CP12 certificate.

"Just used these guys to replace my very old boiler with a combi boiler. Lots of work involved as wanted boiler out of the kitchen and into the loft . Also had a radiator fitted into my airing cupboard. The hole left from the old boiler was bricked up and as you can see from the photo, you can hardly see where it was. The pipework is extremely neat and very trendy looking. They were friendly and courteous and even helped me to download the boiler app onto my phone. They were competitively priced too.
